If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact ph568 support immediately.
In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Republic Act No. 9287, participation in gambling activities is restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. ph568 enforces this restriction through a mandatory KYC verification process for all new accounts.

ph568 does not accept deposits made by a third party on behalf of an Account Holder. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the same name as the ph568 account. ph568 will return any third-party deposits and may suspend the receiving account pending investigation.
Account Holders may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) via their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately — any request to raise a deposit limit is subject to a cooling-off period in accordance with ph568's responsible gaming policy.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph568's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ph568; (b) death or personal injury caused by ph568's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ph568's internal dispute resolution process by contacting ph568 customer support in writing.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph568's internal process within 30 days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Protection and Mediation Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Account Holders retain the right to pursue their claim before the appropriate Philippine courts if regulatory mediation does not resolve the matter.
ph568 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account Holders via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change. The updated Terms will be published at ph568.club/terms-conditions with the revised effective date.
